here are 2 post/reply buttons i made for my ubb... i don't have ubb integrated polls yet so i don't have an "add poll" button but here are the ones i have done in case anyone likes em...

It's called Stroke. Depends on the program you use on how to implement it.

Fireworks
Select your text, then goto the stroke box and adjust settings accordingly.

Photoshop
Select the Text Layer, then right click and goto blending options, then to stroke, it sohuld automatically click on, then adjust settings accordingly.

Windows Paint
Just do it, PIXEL BY PIXEL.

Or in photoshop, you can type the text, rasterize the layer, and goto edit>stroke
